In 2003, Fluor was invited by the Portuguese Design Centre to create his annual design directory. The theme was "The Soul of Design" and treated issues like handicraft and designer, the "strange" and the boundaries of design. Following this set of themes that touch the boundaries of design at various points, Fluor decided by a graphic resolution that had was been positioned in a area further from the institutional design and more and more close to a authorial design. The CPD 2003 Yearbook presented himself as an organized set of similar pages, which have in common graphics and typography that are organized differently from page to page. The typography used were Stela by Mario Feliciano and the Lo-Res by Emigre . This yearbook was awarded Bronze at the Portugal Creative Festival in Editorial Design category.
